Popcorn ceiling drywall damage near skylights

Before

This ceiling is about 15' high and sits above an interior pond. Special scaffolding and masking off had to be made to protect the pond and koi fish below.

After thoroughly removing the loose popcorn texture, we applied a few coats of mud, sanded, and applied a new coat of popcorn ceiling with primer and later paint. The repairs were seamless!

Leaking shower head lead to rotting drywall. We replaced the drywall and re-textured. The customer was going to paint the patch later.
